Refund and Returns Policies
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization discussed and agreed upon by both the customer and Hitechammotogo.
Authorized returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the reason for the return is not our fault. Please call and discuss this fee with us, we want to insure you are a satisfied customer.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise is the customers responsibility if the reason is not our fault. Please call and discuss this with us.

Damaged Merchandise Policy
We at Hitechammotogo do everything we can to insure your merchandise arrives in a safe and timely manner, unfortunately mishaps do happen once the order leaves our hands. If you receive a damaged item please notify us immediately upon receipt of your merchandise.
